    You need a minimum of 385 points out of 550 to pass the IASSC Green Belt exam. Aim for broad mastery across all five DMAIC phases rather than focusing on a single area.

    The training covers all five DMAIC phases: Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control. It includes core statistics, hypothesis testing, basic regression and Lean tools such as 5S, value stream mapping, Kanban and Poka-Yoke.

    Will I learn statistics and Lean tools?

    Yes. You learn descriptive and inferential statistics, hypothesis testing and an introduction to designed experiments, alongside Lean waste-reduction tools and statistical process control for the Control phase.

    Are practice questions and mock exams included?

    Yes. The programme includes practice questions and mock exams aligned to the 100-question, three-hour IASSC format, helping you identify weak areas and build exam readiness.

    How long is the training?

    The programme runs to 32 training hours, delivered in flexible schedules such as full-day intensive or extended part-day formats. Choose the schedule that fits your availability.

    Is the courseware aligned to the IASSC Body of Knowledge?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge, which is structured around the five DMAIC phases at an intermediate level of proficiency.
