Advanced covers advanced scheduling, resource levelling, cost management and Earned Value, custom views and reports, master projects and what-if analysis.

    How long is each level of the training?

    Fundamentals runs over 2 days (16 hours in total) and Advanced runs over 3 days (24 hours in total). Both are available as full-day sessions or extended half-day formats, subject to the schedule you choose.

    Is the training hands-on or theory based?

    It is hands-on throughout. You work directly in Microsoft Project alongside the trainer, using realistic project scenarios to practise each feature, so you build genuine software proficiency rather than just watching demonstrations.

    Which version of Microsoft Project is covered?

    The training covers current desktop Microsoft Project (Standard and Professional) and introduces the cloud-based Project Online within Microsoft 365. The scheduling concepts you learn apply across recent versions of the software.
