    How many exams are there and what is the format?

    There are two separate exams. Both are closed book with 40 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes. The Foundation exam uses single-answer questions, while the Practitioner exam uses scenario-based questions that test applied judgment.

    What is the passing score for each exam?

    The passing score is 65% for both exams, which is 26 correct answers out of 40. You must pass both the Foundation and Practitioner exams to hold both credentials.

    What standard are the exams based on?

    Both exams are based on the EXIN BCS Examination Specifications and aligned to the BCS Business Analysis Body of Knowledge. The Foundation exam covers 14 topic areas and the Practitioner exam covers 7 applied topic areas.

    Where can I sit the exams in Bahrain?

    You can take both exams online through EXIN's online proctored system or at an EXIN accredited testing location. They are usually arranged through your accredited training provider as part of the combined programme.
