Do I need ITIL 4 Foundation before taking the bridge?

You need 65%, which is 13 out of 20 questions correct, to pass the ITIL 5 Foundation Bridge exam and earn the ITIL 5 Foundation credential.

How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

There are 20 multiple-choice questions to answer in 30 minutes. The exam is based on the ITIL Foundation Bridge Version 5 syllabus from AXELOS and PeopleCert.

What if I do not pass the first time?
