    Is the Agile Scrum Master certification worth it in Armenia?

    Yes. With Armenia's ICT sector growing around 20% a year and Scrum the default for delivery, certified Scrum Masters are in steady demand. The credential helps you access roles paying roughly ֏6M to ֏13.5M a year and signals proven facilitation skills to employers.

    Who should take the EXIN ASM certification?

    Do I need Agile Scrum Foundation before ASM?

    EXIN recommends Agile Scrum Foundation knowledge as the starting point, but it is not strictly enforced for most candidates. The training covers the Scrum fundamentals you need, so motivated learners with some agile exposure can take ASM directly.

    How long is the ASM certification valid?

    The EXIN Agile Scrum Master certification is valid for life. There is no expiry, renewal, re-examination or continuing-education requirement once you pass, so the credential keeps its value with no ongoing cost.

    How much does Agile Scrum Master training cost in Armenia?

    Training fees vary by format (live online, classroom or corporate) and are available on request in your local currency. The fee covers EXIN-aligned courseware, practice questions and exam preparation. Request a quote and a learning advisor will share current pricing.

    What is included in the ASM course fee?

    The fee typically includes instructor-led training across all five EXIN topic areas, EXIN-aligned courseware, practice questions, mock exams and learner support. Exam preparation and a course completion certificate are included. Talk to an advisor to confirm what your chosen package covers.

    Is the EXIN exam fee included in the training price?

    It depends on the package. Some bundles include the EXIN exam voucher and some price it separately, as EXIN bills exam fees in EUR or USD by region and channel. Ask for a quote and we will confirm whether the voucher is included.

    What is the format of the EXIN ASM exam?

    The EXIN Agile Scrum Master exam is closed book and uses single-answer multiple-choice questions across five topic areas: Agile Way of Thinking, Scrum Master Role, Agile Estimating, Planning, Monitoring and Control, Complex Projects, and Adopting Agile.

    How many questions are on the ASM exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 40 multiple-choice questions and an allotted time of 90 minutes. It is designed to test how you apply Scrum Master facilitation and coaching skills in realistic scenarios, not just recall.

    What is the passing score for the EXIN ASM exam?

    You need 65% to pass, which is 26 of the 40 questions answered correctly. The training and practice questions are structured to build broad mastery across all five topic areas so you are ready on exam day.

    How is the ASM exam delivered in Armenia?

    You can sit the exam through EXIN online proctoring from home or office, or at an accredited testing location. It is available via EXIN accredited training providers, so you can schedule it at a time that suits you.

    What if I do not pass the exam on the first attempt?

    You can re-sit the EXIN exam; re-examination terms and any fee are set by EXIN, so confirm the current policy when you register. Our preparation, with mock exams and practice questions, is designed to help you pass with confidence.

    Course Content

    What topics does the Agile Scrum Master training cover?

    The training covers the five EXIN ASM topic areas: Agile Way of Thinking (20%), Scrum Master Role (25%), Agile Estimating, Planning, Monitoring and Control (27.5%), Complex Projects (12.5%) and Adopting Agile (15%), plus facilitation, coaching and exam strategy.

    Can a beginner take this course?

    Yes. Some agile or Scrum exposure helps, and EXIN recommends Foundation-level knowledge, but the course builds the Scrum fundamentals before the Scrum Master role. With hands-on exercises and trainer support, motivated beginners can follow it and prepare for the exam.

    How long is the training?

    The Agile Scrum Master programme runs for 16 hours, typically delivered over two full days or four half-days. The schedule serves as both exam preparation and practical Scrum Master skill development.

    Is the courseware aligned to the EXIN syllabus?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current EXIN Agile Scrum Master Examination Specification and the Scrum Guide, covering all five topic areas tested in the exam.

    What learning resources are provided?

    You receive EXIN-aligned courseware, practice questions mapped to the exam, mock exams, and topic-wise exercises and knowledge checks. These resources help you identify weak areas and build readiness for the EXIN ASM exam.
