What COBIT 5 Implementation Certification Training in Uganda CoversUntitledYour Path to Governance Leadership
The COBIT 5 Implementation (COBIT 5-I) certification training in Uganda prepares IT governance professionals to plan and lead a governance improvement programme using the COBIT 5 framework. It is the intermediate level in the COBIT 5 scheme, sitting above Foundation, and validates your ability to apply the seven-phase implementation lifecycle in real organisational scenarios. Delivered by Invensis Learning as a PeopleCert Authorized Training Provider, the course is aligned to the COBIT 5 Implementation Exam Syllabus (2022 version) and the COBIT 5 Implementation Guide. You work through governance drivers, change enablement, programme management and continuous improvement, then prepare for the open-book PeopleCert exam of four questions worth 20 marks each (80 marks in total), sat over two and a half hours with a 50% pass mark. COBIT 5 Foundation is the required prerequisite, and while COBIT 2019 is the current COBIT edition, the COBIT 5 Implementation credential remains widely held and recognised. As banks, telecoms, government bodies and consulting firms across Uganda mature their IT governance under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 and NITA-U standards, professionals who can turn framework knowledge into working governance are in demand.
