    Prevention-type (control) Poka Yoke makes an error impossible or stops the process, the strongest form. Detection-type (warning) Poka Yoke signals that an error has occurred so it can be fixed before it becomes a defect. The course covers when to use each.

    Are there hands-on exercises?

    Yes. Practical error-identification and Poka Yoke design exercises run throughout the day, so you apply each technique to realistic process scenarios rather than just learning theory.

    How long is the Poka Yoke training?

    The course runs for one day (eight hours), covering all six modules with concept explanations, case studies and hands-on exercises. It is also available in a two-session half-day format totalling the same eight hours.
