    What is the format of the VeriSM Foundation exam?

    The EXIN VeriSM Foundation exam is closed book and uses single-answer multiple-choice questions. It is based on the current EXIN VeriSM Foundation Examination Specification and can be taken online with proctoring or at an accredited test location.

    How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 40 multiple-choice questions and a time limit of 60 minutes (one hour). It is delivered as a closed-book examination.

    What is the passing score for the exam?

    The passing score is 65 percent, which means you must answer at least 26 of the 40 questions correctly to pass.

    What if I do not pass the first time?

    You can re-sit the EXIN VeriSM Foundation exam if needed, and our training includes practice questions, mock exams and trainer guidance to help you prepare thoroughly and reduce that worry. Confirm the current re-sit policy with EXIN before you book.

    Where can I take the VeriSM Foundation exam?

    Is the courseware aligned to the current EXIN syllabus?

    Yes. The courseware is mapped to the current EXIN VeriSM Foundation Examination Specification and to the VeriSM framework from the IFDC, so you study exactly what the exam assesses.

    What is the VeriSM management mesh?

    The management mesh is the central concept of VeriSM. It integrates four elements, resources, environment, emerging practices and management practices, so an organisation can build a flexible service management approach that fits its context and VeriSM pattern.

    What learning materials are included?

    You receive EXIN-aligned courseware, practice questions, mock exams and topic-wise revision aids covering the seven examination areas. These help you identify weak spots and build confidence before the exam.
