    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam has 40 multiple-choice questions with a single answer each, is closed book, and runs for 60 minutes. The pass mark is 60%, which is 24 out of 40 correct. It tests knowledge and comprehension of PRINCE2 Agile.

    What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 50 scenario-based questions, is open book with the PRINCE2 Agile publication permitted, and runs for 150 minutes. The pass mark is 60%, which is 30 out of 50 correct. It tests how you apply and tailor PRINCE2 Agile.

    What are the passing scores for both exams?

    Both exams require 60% to pass. That is 24 out of 40 questions on the Foundation exam and 30 out of 50 questions on the Practitioner exam. You must pass both to hold both credentials.

    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    The PRINCE2 Agile publication is permitted during the Practitioner exam. However, the questions require scenario-based judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient navigation of the publication and solid method knowledge are both needed.

    What if I do not pass on the first attempt?

    You can resit the relevant PeopleCert exam. Our training includes practice questions, mock exams and exam technique to help you prepare thoroughly the first time. Confirm the current resit policy and fees with PeopleCert before rebooking.
