What This Foundation Course DeliversUntitledSkills You Apply from Day One
Project Management Fundamentals Training in Hamilton is a foundation-level programme that builds the practical skills to plan, run and deliver successful projects. The Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) course guides you through the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and control, to closure, so you can manage scope, schedule, cost, resources and risk with confidence. Delivered over two days (16 hours) by experienced trainers, the course covers five core modules: project management concepts, project influences, the role of the project manager, the project management cycle, and an overview of Agile projects. You gain a working grounding in predictive (plan-based) methods, Agile frameworks and business-analysis fundamentals, the practices employers across Hamilton and the wider Waikato increasingly expect. No prior project management experience is required, so the programme suits aspiring project managers, team leaders, coordinators and anyone whose work supports projects. On completion you receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning and a skill set you can apply at work from day one.
