    What is the format of the ASM exam?

    The EXIN Agile Scrum Master exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice examination of 40 questions, completed in 90 minutes. It tests applied Scrum Master competency across the five EXIN topic areas, not just recall.

    How many questions are there and what is the pass mark?

    The exam has 40 multiple-choice questions and a passing score of 65 percent, which means answering at least 26 of the 40 questions correctly within the 90-minute time limit.

    How is the ASM exam delivered?

    You can sit the exam through EXIN online proctoring from home or office, or at an EXIN accredited testing location. It is also available via accredited training providers as part of a package.

    What if I do not pass the first time?

    You can re-sit the EXIN exam if needed. Our training includes mock exams and practice questions to prepare you thoroughly, and our team can guide you on rebooking. Confirm the current re-sit fee with EXIN before scheduling.
