    The Practitioner exam is open book, so the PRINCE2 Managing Successful Projects manual is permitted. It uses scenario-based objective test questions, including multiple choice, matching, sequence and assertion-reason formats, that require analysis rather than recall.

    How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks, and you have 150 minutes (2 hours 30 minutes) to complete it. It is delivered online through PeopleCert OnVUE proctoring or at an authorised test centre.

    What is the passing score for PRINCE2 Practitioner?

    The pass mark is 60%, which means at least 42 out of 70 marks. Because the exam is scenario based and open book, you need both deep method knowledge and efficient manual navigation.
