    What is the format of the ITIL 5 Bridge exam?

    The ITIL 5 Foundation Bridge exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice test of 20 questions. It focuses only on what is new and changed in ITIL 5 relative to ITIL 4, and is set by PeopleCert on behalf of AXELOS.

    How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 20 multiple-choice questions and a duration of 30 minutes. It is closed book, with single-answer questions drawn from the bridge syllabus.

    What is the passing score for the ITIL 5 Bridge exam?

    The pass mark is 65%, which means answering at least 13 of the 20 questions correctly. Focus your preparation on the new and changed concepts that the bridge covers.

    How is the ITIL 5 Bridge exam delivered?

    You can sit the exam online with PeopleCert OnVUE proctoring, available 24/7, or at a PeopleCert authorised test centre. Both options are available to candidates in Mozambique.

    What if I do not pass the exam the first time?

    You can resit the ITIL 5 Bridge exam through PeopleCert. Our training includes practice questions and trainer guidance to help you prepare with confidence, and we can advise you on the resit process.
