    What is the format of the COBIT 5 Assessor exam?

    It is an open-book, objective-testing examination. Only the COBIT 5 Assessor Guide: Using COBIT 5 and the COBIT Process Assessment Model are permitted. Questions require specialist analysis and professional judgement in realistic assessment scenarios.

    How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 8 questions, each worth 10 marks, for 80 marks in total. You have 2.5 hours (150 minutes) to complete it. All 8 questions are scored; there are no unscored pretest questions.

    What is the passing score for the COBIT 5 Assessor exam?

    The pass mark is 50 percent, so you need 40 marks or more out of 80 available. The questions span five topic areas, from the PAM and capability levels to assessment planning, evidence, rating and reporting.

    Which materials are permitted in the open-book exam?
