    You learn empirical process control, self-organisation, collaboration, value-based prioritisation, time-boxing and iterative development, the six principles that underpin how Scrum works in practice.

    The programme runs over 2 days (16 hours), available as a full-day intensive or an extended half-day schedule. It is delivered as online (live virtual) instructor-led training or corporate on-site sessions.
