Why Agile Skills Are in Demand Across Morocco

    A Fast-Growing Offshoring Sector

Morocco's ICT market is heading past USD 10bn by 2031, and offshoring providers serving European clients need staff who can work the agile way from day one.

    ASF builds job-ready Scrum knowledge

The Digital Morocco 2030 Skills Gap

The national plan targets 50,000 new tech professionals by 2030, and agile awareness is a core skill employers expect from that fresh talent.

    ASF certifies foundational agile skills

    Banking and Telecom Transformation

Banks and telecom operators are scaling Scrum across digital programmes, and they need team members who share one common agile framework and vocabulary.

ASF gives teams a shared Scrum framework

    Public Sector Digitalisation

With most administrative procedures now digital, e-government teams increasingly deliver iteratively, making foundational Scrum knowledge valuable in the public sector.

ASF supports agile delivery in government

    Scarcity of Certified Agile Talent

Morocco has a deep developer pool but far fewer professionals with a recognised agile credential, so a certified ASF holder stands out in hiring.

ASF helps you stand out to employers

    Nearshoring Quality Expectations

European clients expect agile maturity from their Moroccan delivery partners, so teams that understand Scrum practices win and keep more business.
