What Is Six Sigma Awareness Training?UntitledYour Team's First Step into Process Excellence
Six Sigma Awareness Training in Kazakhstan is a non-certification programme that introduces the Six Sigma methodology, the DMAIC improvement roadmap and the core quality concepts used to reduce process variation and eliminate defects. Six Sigma is a data-driven approach developed at Motorola in the 1980s and made globally famous by GE, with the goal of achieving fewer than 3.4 defects per million opportunities (DPMO). This awareness course is built for employees, managers and leaders across Kazakhstan who work alongside Six Sigma practitioners but do not need to become Green Belts or Black Belts. You will learn the vocabulary, the five DMAIC phases and the roles within a Six Sigma programme, so you can contribute to and support improvement projects from day one. Delivered in live virtual, classroom and corporate on-site formats by Invensis Learning, the training suits organisations in manufacturing, mining, energy, banking and services that want to build a shared quality culture. It is an ideal foundation before progressing to Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt training.
