    What will I learn about problem definition?

    You learn to write a precise, factual problem statement and use Is / Is Not analysis, evidence collection and timeline mapping to scope a problem accurately before investigating it. Good definition is where effective RCA begins.

    Does the course cover corrective action and prevention?

    Yes. You learn to develop effective corrective actions, tell verification from validation, meet the ISO 9001:2015 Clause 10.2 requirement, and build a problem-solving culture that prevents recurrence across the organisation.

    You receive structured courseware, worked examples of each RCA tool, reusable reference templates and the case study scenarios used in the hands-on exercises, so you have resources to reuse at work.
