    What is the format of the COBIT 5 Assessor exam?

    The exam is open book and objective. Only the COBIT 5 Assessor Guide: Using COBIT 5 and the COBIT Process Assessment Model are permitted. It is delivered online proctored through PeopleCert OnVUE or at authorised test centres.

    How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

    The Assessor exam has 8 questions, each worth 10 marks, for 80 marks in total. You have 2 and a half hours, that is 150 minutes, to complete it.

    What is the passing score for COBIT 5 Assessor?

    The pass mark is 50 percent. You must achieve 40 marks or more out of the 80 available. Questions require specialist analysis and professional judgement in realistic assessment scenarios.

    Which materials can I use in the open-book exam?

    Only two references are permitted: the COBIT 5 Assessor Guide: Using COBIT 5 and the COBIT Process Assessment Model. No other materials are allowed, so efficient navigation of these documents is essential under exam time.
