    Is PMP required before taking the PgMP?

    No. PMP is not a mandatory prerequisite. However, an active PMP satisfies the project management experience requirement across all three eligibility sets, so PMP holders only need to document their programme management experience.

    Is the PgMP recognised in Jerusalem and across Israel?

    Yes. PgMP is a globally recognised PMI credential valued by employers in Jerusalem and worldwide, including high-tech firms in Har Hotzvim, biotech and pharma companies, medical-device makers and public-sector bodies that run large programmes.

    What is the PgMP panel review?

    PgMP is valid for three years. To maintain it, you earn 60 PDUs across the PMI Talent Triangle, with a minimum of 8 PDUs in each area, within every three-year continuing certification requirements cycle.

    What is the format of the PgMP exam?

    The PgMP exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice examination of 170 questions with a four-hour allotted time. It is based on the PgMP Examination Content Outline and The Standard for Program Management, Fourth Edition.

    What are the PgMP exam domains and their weights?

    Five performance domains: Strategic Program Management (11%), Program Life Cycle Management (44%), Benefits Management (11%), Stakeholder Engagement (16%) and Governance (18%).

    What is the passing score for the PgMP exam?

    PMI does not publish a fixed percentage pass mark. The result is determined through psychometric analysis, with performance reported by domain, so focus on broad mastery across all five performance domains.

    How many attempts do I get for the PgMP exam?

    Up to three attempts within the one-year eligibility period from the date your application is approved. Re-examination fees apply to the second and third attempts.

    Where can I take the PgMP exam?

    You can sit the exam online through Pearson VUE's OnVUE proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test centre. Scheduling is done via the Pearson VUE website or the PMI portal.

    What topics are covered in the PgMP training?

    The training covers the five PgMP performance domains: Strategic Program Management, Program Life Cycle Management, Benefits Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Governance, plus PMI application guidance and exam strategy.

    Which standard and edition is the course based on?

    The course is aligned to The Standard for Program Management, 4th Edition, and the current PgMP Examination Content Outline (ECO) published by PMI, so your preparation reflects what the exam actually tests.

    Are practice tests and mock exams included?

    Yes. The programme includes practice questions, full-length mock exams, an exam simulator and topic-wise quizzes to help you identify weak areas and build readiness for the 170-question exam.

    Do I get support for the PMI application and panel review?

    Yes. You receive structured guidance on documenting your programme experience for the PMI application and on preparing for the multi-rater panel review, which both PgMP candidates must pass.

    Will I receive a certificate of completion?

    Yes. After meeting the course requirements you receive a course completion certificate along with the contact hours earned through the programme.

    What are the eligibility requirements for the PgMP?

    PMI defines three sets. With a secondary diploma, you need 48 months of project management experience or an active PMP plus 84 months of programme experience. With a four-year degree, the programme experience requirement is 48 months, all within the past 15 years.

    How do I enrol in the PgMP course?

    What training formats are available?
