    What are the prerequisites for the PMI-ACP?

    You need a secondary degree, 2,000 hours of general project experience within the last five years, 1,500 hours of agile project experience within the last three years, and 21 contact hours of agile training. PMP or PgMP holders already meet the general project experience requirement.

    Which agile frameworks does the PMI-ACP cover?

    The PMI-ACP spans multiple frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Extreme Programming (XP), Test-Driven Development (TDD), Crystal and Feature-Driven Development. This cross-framework scope is what distinguishes it from single-framework certifications.

    How long is the PMI-ACP valid and how do I renew it?

    The PMI-ACP is valid for three years. To maintain it, you earn 30 professional development units (PDUs) in agile topics within each three-year cycle and report them through PMI's Continuing Certification Requirements system.

    How much does the PMI-ACP exam cost?

    PMI bills the exam fee in USD, and it is separate from the training. For reference, it is around USD 435 for PMI members and USD 495 for non-members; confirm current fees at pmi.org. Membership can lower both the exam and renewal costs.

    What is the format of the PMI-ACP exam?

    The PMI-ACP exam is closed book with 120 multiple-choice questions, delivered in a 3-hour allotted time. It is based on the PMI-ACP Examination Content Outline published in January 2018 and covers seven agile domains.

    How is the PMI-ACP exam scored and what is the pass mark?

    PMI uses a psychometrically determined passing score rather than a fixed percentage. Results are reported as pass or fail with domain-level feedback of Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement, so aim for broad mastery across all seven domains.

    How many attempts do I get for the exam?

    You are allowed up to three attempts within the one-year eligibility period that begins when PMI approves your application. Re-examination fees apply to the second and third attempts.

    Where can I sit the PMI-ACP exam in Greece?

    You can take the exam at a Pearson VUE test centre or online through Pearson VUE's OnVUE proctoring from home or office. Scheduling is done through PMI's portal or the Pearson VUE website after your application is approved.

    Which standard is the PMI-ACP exam based on?

    What will I learn in the PMI-ACP training?

    You will learn to apply agile across the seven ECO domains: agile principles and mindset, value-driven delivery, stakeholder engagement, team performance, adaptive planning, problem detection and resolution, and continuous improvement, using Scrum, Kanban, Lean and XP tools.

    Do I need prior agile experience to take the course?

    You can join the training with agile exposure at any level, and the sessions build your understanding step by step. To sit the PMI exam, however, PMI requires documented agile and general project experience, which we help you plan and document.

    Does the training satisfy the 21 contact hours PMI requires?

    Yes. The programme provides 24 contact hours of agile training, which exceeds PMI's mandatory 21 contact hours and fully satisfies that eligibility requirement.

    What learning resources and practice materials are included?

    You receive PMI-aligned courseware, practice questions mapped to the 120-question format, full-length mock exams, and scenario-based exercises. These help you find weak areas and build readiness across all seven domains.

    Is the courseware aligned to the current PMI-ACP outline?
