    Assessment And Completion

    Is there an exam for the BPM training?

    No. This is a non-certification course with no examination. Your learning is reinforced through hands-on BPMN modelling exercises, process analysis workshops and group discussion during the day, rather than a formal test.

    Do I receive a certificate after the course?

    Yes. On completing the one-day programme you receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning. It records your training in the BPM discipline; it is not an external certification or accreditation.

    How is my learning assessed?

    There is no formal assessment. Instead you apply the techniques directly through modelling exercises, analysis and redesign workshops and team activities, so you leave able to use the skills rather than having sat a test.

    Does the training expire or need renewal?

    No. Because there is no certification to maintain, there is no renewal cycle. The BPM and BPMN 2.0 skills you gain are immediately applicable and do not expire.

    Will I be able to model processes in BPMN 2.0 afterwards?

    Yes. A core outcome is confident use of BPMN 2.0 notation, from events, gateways and swimlanes to full as-is and to-be diagrams, so you can document and communicate any process clearly after the course.

    What will I learn in the BPM training?

    You will learn the full BPM lifecycle, process modelling with BPMN 2.0, process analysis and waste identification, redesign and governance, process KPIs and performance measurement, and how BPM technology, RPA and automation fit together.

    What modules does the course cover?

    The programme spans six modules: introduction to BPM, the BPM lifecycle, process modelling with BPMN 2.0, process analysis and performance measurement, process design and governance, and BPM technology, automation and continuous improvement.

    Is BPMN 2.0 covered hands-on?

    Yes. You practise BPMN 2.0 modelling throughout the day, turning verbal process descriptions into swimlane diagrams and validating them, alongside analysis and redesign exercises based on realistic scenarios.

    How does BPM relate to Lean and Six Sigma?

    BPM is the end-to-end framework for identifying, modelling, governing and improving processes. Lean and Six Sigma provide improvement tools applied within that framework. BPM governs the process; Lean and Six Sigma help improve it, and the course shows how they fit together.

    How long is the training?

    The programme runs for one day (8 hours), covering all six modules with concept explanations, BPMN modelling exercises, and process analysis and redesign workshops. An extended half-day-over-two-days format is also possible for teams.
