Who should take PMI-ACP training?

What are the prerequisites for the PMI-ACP?

PMI requires a secondary degree, 2,000 hours of general project experience earned in the last 5 years, 1,500 hours of agile project experience earned in the last 3 years, and 21 contact hours of agile training. PMP or PgMP holders already meet the general project experience requirement.

How long is the PMI-ACP valid and how is it renewed?

The PMI-ACP is valid for three years from the date of certification. To maintain it, you earn 30 professional development units (PDUs) in agile topics within each three-year cycle and report them through PMI's Continuing Certification Requirements system, then pay the renewal fee.

What is the format of the PMI-ACP exam?

The PMI-ACP exam has 120 multiple-choice questions and a three-hour time limit. It is closed book and delivered online proctored or at a test centre. Questions are distributed across the seven agile domains defined in the PMI-ACP Examination Content Outline.

How many attempts do I get for the exam?

You get up to three attempts within the one-year eligibility period that begins when PMI approves your application. Re-examination fees apply to the second and third attempts, and our training includes practice and revision support to help you pass first time.

What is the passing score for the PMI-ACP exam?
