Why Change Management Demand Is Rising Across Algeria

    Resistance to Digital Change

Many established Algerian organisations resist new digital ways of working, slowing adoption. Certified change professionals are hired to manage that resistance and protect programme value.

CM-F&P builds resistance and adoption skills

    Public Sector Modernisation at Scale

Algeria Digital 2030 is delivering 500+ transformation projects across public services, demanding people-side change planning, not just technology rollout, to reach citizens and staff.

    CM-F&P builds structured change practice

    Energy Sector Transformation

As energy organisations diversify and restructure toward renewables and digital operations, they need change managers who can lead cultural and operational shifts across large workforces.

    CM-F&P builds organisational change skills

    Banking and Telecom Restructuring

Modernisation in banking and telecom is reshaping roles and processes, and employers value professionals who can engage stakeholders and communicate change clearly through the transition.

    CM-F&P builds stakeholder engagement skills

    Shortage of Certified Change Talent

Algeria has a deep pool of project professionals but few with a recognised change qualification. CM-F&P makes certified holders rare and attractive to employers.

CM-F&P makes your change skills stand out

Culture Change That Does Not Stick

Initiatives often fail after launch when new behaviours are not embedded. Change practitioners bring the tools to reinforce, sustain and measure change over time.

CM-F&P builds embedding and sustainment skills

Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

Yes. The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) credential validates your ability to lead the people side of change, a skill in growing demand as Algeria digitises. It maps to roles such as change manager, OD manager and transformation lead across energy, telecom, banking and the public sector.

    General

Is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification worth it?

Yes. The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) credential validates your ability to lead the people side of change, a skill in growing demand as Algeria digitises. It maps to roles such as change manager, OD manager and transformation lead across energy, telecom, banking and the public sector.

What is the Change Management certification and who is it for?

It is a two-level qualification covering the models, tools and practices used to manage organisational change. Foundation validates knowledge; Practitioner validates the ability to apply it. It suits HR business partners, project managers, OD practitioners, consultants and leaders involved in change.

Which standard is the course based on?

The course is aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK), maintained by the Change Management Institute, and to the current Change Management Practitioner Guide and the official Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi.

Do I need experience to take this course?

No. Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. To sit the Practitioner exam you first need to hold the Change Management Foundation certificate, which the combined programme prepares you for.

Is the certification recognised in Algeria and internationally?

Yes. The Change Management qualification is recognised internationally and is valued by employers running transformation, digital and restructuring programmes in Algeria and across many other countries.

    Pricing

How much does Change Management training cost in Algeria?

Fees vary by delivery format and schedule, so the price is available on request. The training fee and the two exam fees are quoted separately. Request a quote for current pricing and any group offers.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee typically includes CMBoK-aligned courseware, practice questions, Foundation and Practitioner mock exams, open-book technique coaching, learner support and a course completion certificate. Confirm exam voucher inclusion when you enquire.

Are the exam fees included in the training price?

Exam voucher inclusion depends on the package you choose. Some bundles include the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers, while others quote them separately. Ask a learning advisor to confirm what your package covers.

Do you offer group or corporate pricing?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for HR functions, PMOs and leadership teams. Contact us for a tailored quote for your organisation.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major cards and bank transfers, and instalment options are available on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions, runs for 40 minutes and is closed book. The pass mark is 50%, which is 25 out of 50 correct. It is usually taken at the end of the Foundation training.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam is open book and scenario based. It has 5 sections each worth 16 marks, for 80 marks in total, and runs for 2.5 hours. The pass mark is 50%, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

How many exams are there in the combined programme?

There are two separate exams. You sit and pass the Foundation exam first, then the Practitioner exam. You must pass both to hold both the Foundation and Practitioner credentials.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. However, the scenario questions require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and solid method knowledge are both needed.

What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

You can resit the exam that you did not pass. Our trainers provide preparation guidance, mock exams and technique coaching to support a first-time pass. Ask about resit policies and any retake options when you enrol.

    Course Content

What topics does the Change Management course cover?

The syllabus covers five areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organisation, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management, taught at Foundation and applied at Practitioner level.

Which change models will I learn?

Can a beginner take this course?

Yes. Foundation assumes no prior change management knowledge and builds concepts from the ground up. The trainer-led sessions, examples and practice materials support beginners as well as experienced professionals moving into change roles.

How long is the combined programme?

Invensis Learning delivers the combined Foundation and Practitioner programme as 40 hours of instructor-led training. The number of days varies with the schedule format, such as full-day or extended half-day sessions.
