The exam has 170 questions and an allotted time of four hours. Results are reported with domain-level performance feedback rather than a single published percentage score.

What is the PfMP panel review?

The panel review is a multi-rater assessment unique to the PfMP. A panel of portfolio management practitioners evaluates your documented experience and competency. It is mandatory alongside the written exam, and both must be passed to earn the credential.

What is the passing score for the PfMP exam?

PMI does not publish a fixed percentage pass mark. The result is determined through psychometric analysis, and performance is reported by domain, so focus on broad mastery across all five performance domains.

What happens if I do not pass on the first attempt?
