    For Organizations

COBIT 5 Assessor group training helps Chilean organisations build a repeatable, evidence-based way to measure IT governance capability. Teams learn to apply the PAM, rate process attributes consistently and report findings that leadership and regulators can act on. For banks, insurers, retailers and public bodies working under CMF operational risk and national cybersecurity rules, in-house assessor capability turns governance reviews into a controlled, defensible process.

If your organisation runs periodic governance assessments, training your own team creates a shared assessment language and cuts dependence on outside reviewers. Assessors gain a standard approach to evidence, rating and improvement planning.

    • Builds an in-house capability to assess IT governance maturity objectively
    • Aligns assessments to ISO/IEC 15504 for credible, comparable results
    • Supports CMF and Ley 21.663 compliance evidence for regulators and auditors
    • Standardises capability rating across business units and delivery teams
    • Reduces reliance on external assessors for periodic governance reviews
    • Strengthens board reporting on IT governance and control effectiveness
