    Do I get a certificate after the training?

    How long is each level of the training?

    Will the skills stay relevant after the course?

    Yes. Microsoft Project scheduling skills apply immediately and do not expire. What you learn about planning, resourcing, baselining and tracking transfers directly to your next project and across sectors.

    Fundamentals covers project setup, work breakdown structures, task dependencies, the critical path, resources, baselines, tracking and reporting. Advanced adds resource levelling, cost management, Earned Value, custom views and reports, and master projects for multi-project management.

    Will I get hands-on practice with Microsoft Project?

    Yes. Both levels are exercise-led. You follow the trainer in Microsoft Project as each feature is demonstrated and practise on realistic project scenarios, so you build genuine software proficiency during the sessions.

    Does the course cover Gantt charts and the critical path?

    Yes. You learn to build and format Gantt charts, link tasks with all four dependency types, apply lag and lead time, and read the critical path and float to manage schedule risk and protect key deadlines.

    Does the Advanced level cover Earned Value and cost management?

    Yes. The Advanced level covers budget and cost resources, cost tracking and Earned Value Management, including BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, SPI and CPI, so you can report performance against both schedule and budget.

    What materials are provided?

    You receive structured courseware for your level, practical exercises using realistic scenarios, and supporting resources such as templates and reference guides to help you apply Microsoft Project at work.
