Before applying, all candidates complete four self-paced PMI modules in any order: Project Communications, Interface Management, Scope and Change Order Management, and Contract and Risk Management. Yes. The programme includes practice questions and full-length mock exams mapped to the 120-question, 230-minute format, along with topic-wise quizzes, so you can identify weak areas and build exam readiness.

Is the courseware aligned to the latest PMI-CP standard?

Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current PMI-CP Examination Content Outline and grounded in the PMBOK Guide and recognised construction industry standards, so what you study reflects what the exam tests.

Do I need prior experience to benefit from the training?

Anyone working in construction can benefit from the training.
