What Is the VeriSM Foundation Certification?UntitledYour Entry into Digital Service Management

The VeriSM Foundation (VeriSM-F) is EXIN's entry-level certification in VeriSM, a service management approach built for the digital age. It teaches organisations how to define their own service management model rather than following one prescriptive framework. Governed by EXIN and based on the EXIN VeriSM Foundation Examination Specification, the credential introduces the VeriSM model, the management mesh, service culture and how practices such as ITIL, Agile, DevOps and Lean fit together. Across Canada, where banks, telecoms and public-sector bodies run multiple frameworks at once, this integrating view is increasingly in demand. The certification is open to everyone, with no formal prerequisites, and once earned it is valid for life. Whether you work in IT service management or a business function, VeriSM-F gives you a modern, employer-recognised credential. Start your service management journey with Invensis Learning.
