Market Forces Driving Agile Demand in Bermuda

    Modernising Legacy Delivery

Bermuda's insurers and reinsurers are replacing slow, plan-driven delivery with iterative ways of working, and they need team members who already understand Scrum roles, events and artifacts.

    ASF builds Scrum framework fluency

    Fintech Growth Outpacing Talent

The island's Fintech Strategy 2026-2028 is accelerating digital projects, but demand for people fluent in agile delivery is outpacing the local supply of trained talent.

    ASF builds agile delivery awareness

    Inconsistent Agile Practice

Teams often adopt agile labels without a shared understanding of Scrum, causing confusion. A common Foundation grounding gives everyone the same language for events and artifacts.

ASF creates a shared agile vocabulary

    Pressure to Deliver Value Faster

Financial services and technology employers want faster, customer-focused delivery, so professionals who understand empirical, iterative working are increasingly valued across the island.
