    What topics does the BPM course cover?

    Does the course include hands-on BPMN modelling?

    Yes. You practise turning verbal process descriptions into BPMN 2.0 swimlane diagrams, then analyse and redesign them. Modelling and analysis exercises run throughout the day so the learning is applied, not just explained.

    How long is the BPM training?

    The training runs for one day, a total of eight hours. It can be delivered as a single full day or split across two half-days, covering all six modules with exercises and case examples throughout.

    What learning materials are provided?

    You receive structured courseware covering all six modules, BPMN modelling references, process templates and case study examples, along with the exercises and workshops used during the session.

    How does BPM relate to Lean and Six Sigma?
