    Will this course qualify me to lead Six Sigma projects?

    No. This is an awareness-level introduction, not a practitioner qualification, so it does not qualify you to lead DMAIC projects. If you want to lead projects, the next step is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt training, which are the practitioner-level programmes.

    How long is the course?

    The training runs for one day, totalling eight hours. It can be delivered as a single full day or as two half-days, covering all six modules with concept explanations, case examples, discussion and team exercises.

    What Six Sigma tools will I learn about?

    You will gain awareness of tools used in improvement projects, including SIPOC, Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams, Pareto charts, control charts, Gauge R&R and process capability. The aim is to understand what each tool does and why, not to use them at practitioner depth.

    Will the course explain Lean Six Sigma?

    Yes. The programme explains how Lean, which removes waste and improves flow, combines with Six Sigma, which reduces variation and defects, to form Lean Six Sigma. You will see how the two approaches work together to make processes both faster and more consistent.
