    Is the Agile Scrum Foundation worth it in Albania?

    Yes. As Albania's IT services, outsourcing, banking and telecom employers adopt agile, a recognised EXIN credential helps you enter agile teams and signals you can contribute from day one. It is also the recommended first step before the EXIN Agile Scrum Master path.

    Do I need prior agile or Scrum experience?

    No. The Foundation level has no formal prerequisites and is open to complete beginners. It is the accessible entry point to the EXIN Agile Scrum scheme, suitable for students, career changers and team members new to agile.

    Who governs the Agile Scrum Foundation certification?

    The credential is governed by EXIN, the Examination Institute for Information Science. The content is aligned to the Scrum Guide and the Agile Manifesto, and the certification is recognised internationally.

    Does the certification expire or need renewal?

    No. The Agile Scrum Foundation certification is awarded for lifetime. There is no expiry, renewal or continuing education requirement once you pass the EXIN exam.

    Exam

    What is the format of the EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation exam?

    The exam is closed book with multiple-choice questions and is delivered through EXIN online proctoring or at accredited testing locations. It covers five topic areas from the EXIN examination specification.

    How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 40 multiple-choice questions and you have 60 minutes to complete it. There are no formal prerequisites to sit the exam.

    What is the passing score for the exam?

    You need 65 percent to pass, which is 26 out of 40 questions correct. Our practice questions and mock exams help you build readiness across all five topic areas.

    How is the exam taken in Albania?

    You can take it online through EXIN online proctoring from home or office, or at an EXIN accredited testing location. Your trainer will guide you on booking once you are ready.

    What if I do not pass the first time?

    You can re-sit the EXIN exam. Selected training plans include retake support to help you prepare again, and our trainers focus your revision on the topic areas where you need it most. Ask about retake options when you enrol.

    Course Content

    What topics are covered in the training?

    The training covers five EXIN topic areas: Agile Way of Thinking, Scrum Practices, Scrum Planning and Estimation, Monitoring Scrum Projects, and Advanced Scrum Concepts, spanning the agile mindset, the Scrum framework, estimation, monitoring and adoption.

    What is the syllabus aligned to?

    The courseware is aligned to the EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation examination specification, the Scrum Guide and the Agile Manifesto, so you learn current, framework-accurate content.

    What learning resources and materials are provided?

    You receive EXIN-aligned courseware, practice questions, mock exams and topic-wise exercises, plus reference materials covering Scrum roles, events, artifacts and agile estimation techniques.

    Can a complete beginner take this training?

    Yes. The Foundation level assumes no prior agile or Scrum knowledge. The training builds understanding step by step, with practical examples and trainer support, so beginners can follow comfortably.

    Will I receive a certificate of completion?

    Yes. You receive a course completion certificate after meeting the training requirements. Passing the EXIN exam separately earns you the official EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation certification and digital badge.

    How do I enrol in the Agile Scrum Foundation course?

    What training formats are available?
