    What topics does the Design for Six Sigma course cover?

    The course covers all six DMADV phases: DFSS foundations, the Define phase (VOC and Kano), the Measure phase (CTQ flow-down and QFD), the Analyse phase (concept selection and DFMEA), the Design phase (robust design and DFMA), and the Verify phase (verification, validation and design transfer).

    How long is the training and what is the format?

    The programme runs for one day (about eight hours) and is available as live online, classroom or on-site training. Hands-on tool exercises run throughout the day using realistic product and process design scenarios.

    Does the course include practical exercises?
