    General

Is the Change Management certification worth it in the UAE?

Yes. Change management is in strong demand across UAE government, banking, energy and consulting as Vision 2031 drives large digital and workforce transformation. Certified change managers in Dubai average around AED 267,510 per year, with senior roles paying considerably more, making the credential a solid career investment.

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a two-level qualification covering the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation validates your knowledge of change concepts and models, while Practitioner validates your ability to apply them to real change scenarios. Both are aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK).

Who should take this change management course?

It suits change managers, project and programme managers, HR business partners, organisational development practitioners, consultants and transformation leads. Anyone in the UAE who leads or supports organisational change and wants a recognised, structured credential will benefit.

Are there prerequisites for the Foundation level?

No. Change Management Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all regardless of education or experience. To sit the Practitioner exam, you must first hold the Foundation certification or an accepted equivalent.

Which change models does the course cover?

The syllabus covers a broad range of models including ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model, the McKinsey 7-S Framework, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence and Cialdini's principles of influence.

    Pricing

What is included in the training fee?

The fee typically includes course materials aligned to the exam syllabi, industry case studies, Foundation and Practitioner mock exams and practice questions, and learner support. Exam voucher inclusion varies, so confirm current details when you enquire. Request a quote for the latest UAE pricing.

How much does Change Management training cost in the UAE?

Pricing varies by delivery format and whether exam vouchers are bundled. Instructor-led and corporate options are priced differently, so fees are available on request. Speak with a learning advisor for a tailored quote for the UAE.

Are the exam fees included in the course price?

Exam fee inclusion depends on the package you choose. Some bundles include the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers, while others price them separately. Confirm what is included before you enrol, or ask us for a quote that covers both exams.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for teams across the UAE. Contact us for a tailored quote for your organisation.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, and offer instalment options on selected plans. Talk to a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions with a 40-minute duration. It is closed book and uses single-answer questions. The pass mark is 50%, meaning 25 out of 50 correct.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections, each worth 16 marks, for 80 marks in total. You have 2.5 hours, and it is open book with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted. The pass mark is 50%, meaning 40 out of 80 marks.

How are the exams delivered in the UAE?

Both exams are delivered via online proctoring or at an authorised test centre, and are typically taken at the end of the relevant training. The Foundation exam is usually sat first, followed by the Practitioner exam.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. However, the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep understanding of the models are both essential.

What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

Our training includes first-attempt guidance, mock exams and practice questions to prepare you thoroughly for both levels. If a re-sit is needed, re-examination policies and any fees apply per the exam provider. Ask our team for the current details.

    Course Content

What will I learn in this change management course?

You will learn to guide individuals through change, lead organisational change, engage stakeholders and communicate change, plan and deliver change practice, and manage yourself as a change professional. The course covers all five topic areas at both Foundation and Practitioner levels.

What standard is the course aligned to?

The course is aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK), the current Change Management Practitioner Guide, and the official Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi. The CMBoK is maintained by the Change Management Institute.

How long is the combined programme?

The combined Foundation and Practitioner programme runs for 40 hours of instructor-led training. The number of days varies with the schedule format, typically covering Foundation content first and then Practitioner content.

Can a beginner take this course?

Yes. The Foundation level has no prerequisites and starts from change management fundamentals, so beginners are welcome. Hands-on case studies and practice questions support you as you progress to the applied Practitioner level.

Are practice tests and materials provided?

Yes. You receive course materials aligned to the exam syllabi, industry-driven case studies, and Foundation and Practitioner mock exams with practice questions to help you identify weak areas and build exam readiness.

    Enrollment

How do I enrol in the Change Management course?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Talk to a learning advisor if you need help selecting a batch.

What training formats are available in the UAE?

We offer live virtual (online) instructor-led training, classroom training, and customised corporate group training, so you can choose the format that fits your schedule and location across the UAE.

    How soon can I start?

New batches run regularly across live virtual and classroom formats. See upcoming schedules on our website or speak with a learning advisor to find the next available UAE-friendly cohort.

Can I reschedule my enrolment to another batch?

Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch on selected plans. Contact our support team to arrange this.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations are handled per our published policy, and selected plans include a money-back option. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment.
