Why Modern Service Management Matters in Zimbabwe

    Fragmented Frameworks

Zimbabwean IT teams run ITIL, Agile and DevOps side by side with no unifying model. VeriSM gives organisations one flexible approach to combine the right practices for each situation.

    VeriSM unifies your service practices

    ICT Skills Shortage

The ICT Ministry and private employers report a critical shortage of skilled service management professionals, making certified talent scarce and highly valued across Harare and Bulawayo.

    Certified talent stands out

    Public-Sector Digital Push

Smart Zimbabwe 2030 and e-government targets demand modern service delivery, yet the country still ranks 149th of 193 on the UN E-Government Index, a clear capability gap.

    VeriSM supports consumer-focused delivery

    Fintech and Mobile Money Growth

Mobile money and digital banking are expanding fast, so providers need service management that adapts quickly instead of following rigid, prescriptive frameworks.

VeriSM keeps pace with rapid change

    Rising Governance and Data Rules

The Cyber and Data Protection Act raises the bar for service governance, and VeriSM develops the governance and risk awareness that organisations now need.

    VeriSM builds governance awareness

    Digital Transformation Pressure

With only 38.4% of Zimbabweans online, employers are investing heavily in digital services and need professionals who can manage those services holistically.

    VeriSM enables holistic service management
