    The VeriSM Foundation exam is a closed-book test of 40 single-answer, multiple-choice questions based on the current EXIN VeriSM Foundation Examination Specification. It covers the seven VeriSM topic areas at a knowledge and comprehension level.

    How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 40 questions and you have 60 minutes (1 hour) to complete it. It is a closed-book, single-answer multiple-choice format set by EXIN.

    What is the passing score for the VeriSM Foundation exam?

    What is the VeriSM management mesh?

    The management mesh is the central concept of VeriSM. It integrates four elements, resources, environment, emerging practices and management practices, that an organisation combines to create a flexible service management approach fit to its context and VeriSM pattern.

    Does the course cover ITIL, Agile and DevOps?

    Yes. VeriSM treats ITIL, Agile, DevOps, Lean, SIAM and other approaches as progressive practices you can select within the mesh. The course shows how to combine them by context rather than following any single prescriptive framework.

    How long is the VeriSM Foundation training?

    The training programme runs for 16 hours, usually delivered over two days by an accredited provider. It covers all seven exam topic areas and prepares you for the 40-question EXIN exam.

    Will I receive study materials and practice tests?
