Skills You Will Build in This VeriSM ProgrammeFrom the VeriSM Model to Everyday Practice

This training helps you build modern service management knowledge, practical mesh thinking and exam readiness across all seven EXIN topic areas. By the end, you can help an organisation define its own flexible, consumer-focused service management approach.

    Modern Service Management Foundations

What you will learn in VeriSM Foundation starts with the fundamentals of modern service management: what a service is, value co-creation, and why digital-age organisations need a flexible, consumer-centric approach rather than one prescriptive framework.

    Building a Consumer-Centric Service Culture

Understand how organisational culture, values and behaviours shape service delivery. Learn to place the consumer at the centre, design around outcomes, and support a culture of continuous improvement, trust and ethical, responsible use of technology and data.

    People and Organisational Structure

Explore how people, teams and structures influence service capability. Learn about cross-functional working, clear accountability without rigid roles, and servant leadership that supports teams rather than simply directing them.

Applying the VeriSM Model and Management Mesh

Master the heart of VeriSM: governance, service management principles, and the management mesh that integrates resources, environment, emerging practices and management practices across the Define, Produce, Provide and Respond stages.

    Integrating Progressive Practices

Learn how to select and combine practices such as ITIL, Agile, DevOps, Lean and SIAM within the mesh, choosing the right approach for your organisation's context rather than forcing a single method onto every service.

    Innovative Technologies and Getting Started

See how cloud, AI, automation, IoT and analytics shape service management, then learn the practical first steps to assess maturity, define your initial mesh, and begin your VeriSM journey with existing frameworks intact.

    General

Is the VeriSM Foundation certification worth it in Tunisia?

Yes. VeriSM Foundation is a globally recognised EXIN credential in modern service management, valued by Tunisia's IT outsourcing, telecom, banking and public-sector employers as they deliver digital transformation. It positions you for service delivery, IT service and operations roles and travels across sectors and borders.

What is VeriSM and how does it differ from ITIL?

VeriSM is a service management approach for the digital age. Rather than prescribing one method, it gives organisations a model to define their own approach and combine the right practices for each situation. It positions ITIL as one of many practices within the management mesh, so the two are complementary, not competing.

Who should take VeriSM Foundation certification training?

VeriSM Foundation suits IT service management professionals, IT managers, service desk and delivery staff, and business professionals who work alongside IT. Because it has no prerequisites, it is open to students and career changers too, making it an accessible entry point into modern service management.

Which body governs the VeriSM Foundation certification?

The credential is governed by EXIN, the internationally recognised examination institute, and is based on the current EXIN VeriSM Foundation Examination Specification. The VeriSM framework itself was developed by the IFDC, so the certification is grounded in an established, vendor-neutral body of knowledge.

How long is the VeriSM Foundation certification valid?

VeriSM Foundation certification is valid for lifetime. The credential does not expire, and there is no renewal, resit or continuing education requirement, so once you pass the EXIN exam the qualification stays with you throughout your career.

    Pricing

How much does VeriSM Foundation training cost in Tunisia?

Fees depend on your chosen format, such as live online, classroom or corporate group training, and typically bundle courseware, practice questions and support. Exact pricing for Tunisia is available on request. Contact a learning advisor for a tailored quote and upcoming batch dates.

Is the EXIN exam fee included in the training price?

It depends on the package. Many VeriSM Foundation bundles include the EXIN exam voucher, while others price training and exam separately. Tell us your preference and we will confirm which option applies and provide a clear quote.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

    Exam

What is the format of the VeriSM Foundation exam?

The EXIN VeriSM Foundation exam is a closed-book paper of single-answer, multiple-choice questions. It covers seven topic areas from the official EXIN Examination Specification, including the VeriSM model, the management mesh, service culture and progressive practices.

How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

The exam has 40 questions and you have 60 minutes (one hour) to complete it. It is delivered online with EXIN proctoring or at an accredited testing location, and is usually arranged through your training provider.

What is the passing score for VeriSM Foundation?

The pass mark is 65%, which means answering at least 26 of the 40 questions correctly. Preparing across all seven EXIN topic areas, rather than focusing on one, is the surest way to reach the required score.

Are there any prerequisites to sit the exam?

No. EXIN VeriSM Foundation has no formal prerequisites and no prior service management knowledge is required. It is the entry-level credential in the EXIN VeriSM scheme, so anyone can register and sit the exam after training.

What if I do not pass on the first attempt?

You can retake the EXIN exam by booking another sitting. Our training includes practice questions, mock tests and trainer support to help you prepare thoroughly the first time. Ask about EXIN resit policy and current voucher details when you enquire.
