    Yes. You receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning after finishing the one-day programme. This is a practical skills course, so it builds capability you can apply immediately at work.

    Is this a certification course with a governing body?

    What is the House of Quality?

    The House of Quality is the central QFD planning matrix. It links customer requirements to measurable engineering characteristics, scores their relationships, maps conflicts in the correlation roof, benchmarks competitors and sets design targets, all anchored to customer priorities.

    Will I get hands-on practice during the course?

    Yes. You build a complete House of Quality from a realistic product or service scenario, structure the Voice of the Customer with an affinity diagram, classify requirements with the Kano model, and calculate column importance during the session.

    Does QFD apply to services and software, not just manufacturing?

    Yes. While QFD began in manufacturing, the course shows how to apply it to services such as healthcare and financial services, and to software design, wherever customer requirements must become design or delivery specifications.

    How does QFD fit with Six Sigma?

    QFD is a core tool in Design for Six Sigma (DMADV Measure phase) and in DMAIC (Define phase). The course shows how the House of Quality translates the Voice of the Customer into the critical-to-quality characteristics that Six Sigma projects target.
