Why Agile Talent Is in Demand Across Tajikistan

    Young Agile Skills Base

Tajikistan's IT sector is young and many teams still work in ad hoc or waterfall styles, so employers need people who understand Scrum roles, events and the agile mindset.

ASF builds core agile and Scrum knowledge

    Fintech Delivery Pressure

Fintech leaders such as Alif Bank ship digital products quickly, and iterative Scrum delivery helps teams release and improve features without value leakage.

ASF builds Scrum planning and estimation skills

    Telecom Modernisation

Network and superapp programmes at operators like Tcell and Babilon-M need agile team members who can plan, estimate and track sprints reliably.

    ASF builds sprint monitoring skills

    Digital Government Push

E-governance and public digital services are expanding, and agile-literate team members help ministries deliver citizen services in small, testable increments.

    ASF builds iterative delivery awareness

    Scarce Certified Talent

The local pool of formally certified agile professionals is thin, so a recognised EXIN credential quickly sets team members apart in Dushanbe's hiring market.

ASF makes certified team members stand out

    Barrier-Free Entry

Many professionals want to move into agile roles but lack a recognised starting point; the no-prerequisite ASF credential closes that gap for beginners.

    ASF has no prerequisites
