What is the format of the DevOps Foundation exam?

The exam is closed book with 40 single-answer multiple-choice questions. It is based on the DevOps Foundation Body of Knowledge and the current DevOps Institute Exam Blueprint.

How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

The exam has 40 questions and a time limit of 60 minutes. It is delivered online through PeopleCert OnVUE proctoring or at an authorised test centre.

What is the passing score for DevOps Foundation?

You need 65% to pass, which is 26 out of 40 questions correct. Focus on broad understanding across all six topic areas rather than any single one.

What if I do not pass on the first attempt?
