    What is the VeriSM management mesh?

    How many questions are on the VeriSM Foundation exam?

    The EXIN VeriSM Foundation exam has 40 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes. It is a closed-book exam.

    What is the passing score for the VeriSM Foundation exam?

    You need 65% to pass, which is 26 out of 40 questions correct.

    How and where can I take the exam?

    The exam is delivered online through EXIN's proctored exam system or at an accredited testing location, and is usually arranged through your training provider as part of a training and exam bundle.

    What topics does the exam cover?

    The exam covers seven areas from the EXIN examination specification: the service organisation, service culture, people and organisational structure, the VeriSM model, progressive practices, innovative technologies, and getting started.

    What if I do not pass the first time?

    You can re-sit the EXIN VeriSM Foundation exam. Our trainers provide practice questions and exam guidance to help you prepare thoroughly. Confirm the current re-sit policy and fee with EXIN or your advisor.

    Which standard is the exam based on?

    No. The course is designed to be accessible to both IT and business professionals, and no prior service management knowledge is required. Trainers build the concepts from the ground up.

    How long is the training?

    VeriSM Foundation is typically delivered as a 16-hour programme, usually over two full days or four half-days, with practice and revision support built in.

    What materials are provided?

    You receive accredited courseware aligned to the EXIN examination specification, practice questions, and revision resources covering all seven exam topic areas.

    Is the courseware aligned to the latest EXIN specification?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current EXIN VeriSM Foundation Examination Specification and the VeriSM framework.
