What Is Lean Fundamentals Training?UntitledYour Introduction to Lean at Work
Lean Fundamentals Training in Romania is a one-day introductory course that builds a practical, working understanding of Lean management, the systematic approach to maximising customer value while eliminating waste. Rooted in the Toyota Production System developed at Toyota by Taiichi Ohno and Shigeo Shingo, and shaped by the five Lean principles set out in Womack and Jones' Lean Thinking (1996), it gives you a shared Lean vocabulary and mindset you can use from day one. Across eight hours you learn to identify value from the customer's perspective, map the value stream, create flow, establish pull and pursue continuous improvement. You practise spotting the eight wastes (DOWNTIME) and applying core tools such as 5S, Kanban, standard work and Kaizen through hands-on exercises. It suits employees, supervisors, managers and professionals across Romania's automotive, manufacturing, business-services and logistics sectors, in any function where processes can be improved. This is a non-certification course: learning is reinforced through practical exercises and discussion, and you finish with a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning and skills you can apply straight away.
