Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner is a combined project management certification based on PRINCE2 7 (2023), published by PeopleCert with AXELOS. Foundation validates knowledge of the method, while Practitioner proves you can apply and tailor it to real project scenarios. You sit two separate PeopleCert exams.

    General

What is the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certification?

PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner is a combined project management certification based on PRINCE2 7 (2023), published by PeopleCert with AXELOS. Foundation validates knowledge of the method, while Practitioner proves you can apply and tailor it to real project scenarios. You sit two separate PeopleCert exams.

Who should take PRINCE2 training in Warsaw?

The programme suits aspiring project managers, project team members, delivery leads and PMP holders who want a recognised European credential. In Warsaw it is popular with professionals in IT, banking, business services and public-sector projects where structured, auditable delivery is expected.

Why choose Invensis Learning for PRINCE2 training?

Invensis Learning is an accredited training provider offering PeopleCert-aligned PRINCE2 7 courseware, experienced trainers and flexible delivery. You get structured preparation and support across both the Foundation and Practitioner exams, helping you move from learning to certified with a clear path.

Is PRINCE2 recognised in Poland and worldwide?

Yes. PRINCE2 is one of the world's most widely adopted project management methods, recognised across Poland, Europe, the Middle East and Commonwealth markets. Over one million PRINCE2 certificates have been issued worldwide, and PeopleCert operates in more than 200 countries.

How long is the PRINCE2 certification valid?

Both PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner are valid for three years. Foundation is renewed by earning 60 CPD points, and Practitioner can be renewed by retaking the exam, completing CPD through a MyAxelos subscription, or passing a higher-level PRINCE2 qualification.

    Pricing

How much does PRINCE2 training cost in Warsaw?

The training fee depends on the format you choose, such as live online, classroom or corporate group training. Combined PRINCE2 training with exams is commonly quoted in the region of a few thousand zloty. Request a quote for current pricing and upcoming batches in Warsaw.

What is included in the PRINCE2 course fee?

The fee typically includes PeopleCert-aligned courseware, practice questions, mock exams for both levels, downloadable resources, and learner support. Confirm whether the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers are included in your chosen package when you enrol.

Are the exam fees included in the training price?

It depends on the package. PeopleCert exam fees vary by region and delivery channel, and are sometimes bundled with training and sometimes billed separately. Ask a learning advisor which of our PRINCE2 packages includes both exam vouchers.

Do you offer group or corporate discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for delivery teams, PMOs and whole departments in Warsaw. Contact us for a tailored group quote.

What payment and instalment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, and offer instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

How many exams are there in the combined programme?

There are two separate PeopleCert exams. The Foundation exam has 60 questions in 60 minutes, closed book, single-answer multiple choice, with a 60 per cent pass mark. The Practitioner exam has 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks over 150 minutes, open book, also at 60 per cent.

What is the format of the PRINCE2 Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam is closed book with 60 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes. You need 36 correct answers, or 60 per cent, to pass. It tests knowledge and comprehension of the PRINCE2 7 principles, People, practices and processes.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The PRINCE2 Managing Successful Projects manual is permitted during the Practitioner exam, so you can refer to it while answering. The questions are scenario based and test application and analysis, so time management matters more than simple look-up. The pass mark is 60 per cent, or 42 of 70 marks.

Which PRINCE2 edition are the exams based on?

Both exams are based on the current PRINCE2 7th Edition (2023) syllabus from PeopleCert and AXELOS. PRINCE2 7 introduced the People capability, renamed themes to practices, and integrated agile, commercial and sustainability considerations.

Where can I sit the PRINCE2 exams in Warsaw?

You can take both exams online through the PeopleCert OnVUE online-proctored system, available 24/7, or at an authorised test centre. Exams are usually arranged through your training provider as part of a combined package.

What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

You can resit a PeopleCert exam if needed. Verify the current resit policy and any fee for each level at peoplecert.org. Our mock exams, practice questions and trainer guidance are designed to help you prepare thoroughly for the first attempt.

    Course Content

What topics does the PRINCE2 training cover?

The syllabus covers the seven PRINCE2 principles, the People capability, the seven practices (business case, organising, plans, quality, risk, issues and progress) and the seven processes, plus tailoring. Practitioner content adds applying and tailoring the method to real project scenarios.

    What learning resources are provided?

You receive PeopleCert-aligned courseware, practice questions, full-length mock exams for both levels, chapter-wise quizzes and study aids. Practitioner preparation includes guidance on navigating the PRINCE2 manual efficiently in the open-book exam.

Do I need prior experience to take this course?

No. PRINCE2 Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all, so beginners can start here. The combined programme builds from the basics to Practitioner-level application, and Practitioner requires you to hold Foundation or an accepted equivalent first.

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes practice questions and full-length mock exams for both the Foundation and Practitioner levels, along with quizzes to help you identify weak areas and build exam readiness before the real papers.

Will I receive a certificate after the training?

You receive a course completion certificate after meeting the course requirements. Your official PRINCE2 credentials and digital badges come from PeopleCert once you pass each exam, at Foundation and Practitioner level.

    Enrollment

What are the eligibility requirements to enrol?

Anyone can enrol in PRINCE2 training, as Foundation has no prerequisites. To sit the Practitioner exam you must hold PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent such as PMP, CAPM or an IPMA level, which the combined programme covers in sequence.

How do I enrol in the PRINCE2 course in Warsaw?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Talk to a learning advisor to see upcoming Warsaw batches.

    What training formats are available?

We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training, classroom training, and customised corporate group training, so you can choose the format that fits your schedule and learning style in Warsaw.

Can I reschedule or transfer to another batch?
