    The exam has 100 questions, with up to 10 additional unscored questions on some forms, and an allotted time of three hours. Around 20 questions cover each of the five DMAIC phases, so prepare for balanced coverage across Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control.

    You will learn the full DMAIC method: defining projects with charters and voice of the customer, measuring with process mapping and capability analysis, analysing with statistics and hypothesis testing, improving with regression and experiments, and controlling with SPC and Lean tools.

    Do I need prior experience or a background in statistics?

    No prior experience is required. The training builds statistical concepts step by step, from basic statistics to hypothesis testing, so beginners can follow comfortably while experienced professionals deepen their skills. Hands-on practice reinforces every topic.

    Which Lean tools are covered in the course?

    The course covers core Lean tools including 5S, the seven wastes, value stream mapping, Kanban and Poka-Yoke mistake-proofing, all integrated within the DMAIC framework so you can eliminate waste while improving quality.
