    What is the format of the EXIN ASF exam?

    The EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice examination with single-answer questions. It is delivered online with EXIN proctoring or at an accredited test location, based on the EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation Examination Specification.

    How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 40 questions and a duration of 60 minutes (one hour). It is closed book with single-answer multiple-choice questions.

    What is the passing score for the ASF exam?

    You need 65 percent to pass, which means answering at least 26 of the 40 questions correctly.

    What topics does the ASF exam cover?

    The exam covers five topic areas from the EXIN specification: Agile Way of Thinking, Scrum Practices, Scrum Planning and Estimation, Monitoring Scrum Projects and Advanced Scrum Concepts. Scrum Practices carries the largest weighting.

    What happens if I do not pass on the first attempt?

    Our training is built to help you clear the exam on your first attempt through mock exams and practice questions. If you need to resit, EXIN re-examination terms apply, and our team can guide you on the process. Confirm re-sit policy details when you enrol.

    What will I learn in the ASF course?

    You learn the agile mindset, the Agile Manifesto values and principles, the full Scrum framework of roles, events and artifacts, agile planning and estimation, monitoring tools such as burndown charts, and advanced Scrum concepts like scaling and adoption.

    Do I need prior agile experience to take the course?

    No prior agile or Scrum experience is needed. The course starts from first principles, so complete beginners can follow it comfortably while still finding depth on the Scrum framework.

    What learning materials are provided?

    You receive EXIN-aligned courseware, industry-driven case studies, mock exams and practice questions mapped to the five exam topic areas. These help you build understanding and exam readiness.

    Is the courseware aligned to the latest standard?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation Examination Specification and grounded in the latest Scrum Guide and the Agile Manifesto.

    How long is the ASF training programme?
