What Is the EXIN VeriSM Foundation Certification?UntitledYour Route into Modern Service Management

The EXIN VeriSM Foundation (VeriSM-F) is an entry-level certification in modern, digital service management, and VeriSM Foundation certification training in Mexico gives IT and business professionals a practical route to earning it. VeriSM is a service management approach for the digital age, governed by EXIN and built on the framework developed by the IFDC. Rather than prescribe one method, VeriSM shows an organisation how to define its own approach using the management mesh, combining the right practices, from ITIL and Agile to DevOps and Lean, for its context. The credential is recognised internationally and valued by employers running nearshore delivery, shared-services and global capability centres across Mexico. The programme prepares you for the closed-book EXIN exam of 40 questions in 60 minutes, with a 65% pass mark, and needs no formal prerequisites. If you want a current, agnostic service management qualification that reflects how digital services are really delivered, this is a strong first step, and Invensis Learning helps you move from study to certified with confidence.

Invensis Learning is an EXIN Accredited Training Provider in Mexico, approved to deliver official VeriSM Foundation training using EXIN-aligned courseware and the EXIN VeriSM Foundation Certification Examination Content Outline(ECO).

Why Digital Service Management Skills Are in Demand in Mexico

    Nearshoring Surge

Mexico's nearshoring boom is pushing global firms to stand up service operations locally, and they need people who can run modern service management across mixed frameworks, exactly what VeriSM teaches.

VeriSM builds flexible service management skills

    Shared-Services Concentration

One in three LatAm shared service centres sit in Mexico. These GBS hubs juggle ITIL, Agile and DevOps at once and need an integrating approach that VeriSM's management mesh is built to provide.

VeriSM unifies practices under one model

    AI and Digital Transformation

In 2026 outsourcing deals increasingly hinge on AI, automation and analytics. VeriSM helps organisations bring innovative technologies into service delivery within a governed, context-driven framework.

VeriSM weaves new tech into service delivery

    Framework Fragmentation

Many Mexican enterprises run ITIL, Agile, DevOps and Lean in separate silos. VeriSM gives a single model to select and combine the right practices for each situation, closing a costly capability gap.

    VeriSM combines frameworks by context

    Fast-Growing IT Services Market

Mexico's IT services market reached about US$21.3 billion in 2026 and is growing at roughly 12% a year, widening the gap between service demand and the pool of modern service management talent.

    VeriSM meets rising service demand

    Same-Time-Zone Delivery Pressure

Nearshore proximity to the United States raises expectations on service quality and responsiveness, rewarding professionals who can design outcome-focused services around real consumer needs.
