    How long is the course and how is it structured?

    The programme runs for one day, totalling eight hours, and can also be delivered as two half-days. It combines concept explanations, real-world examples and hands-on House of Quality construction exercises throughout.

    Does the course cover services and software, not just manufacturing?

    Yes. While QFD originated in manufacturing, the course covers its use in services such as healthcare and financial services, and in software design, where user requirements are translated into architecture and test criteria.

    Are there hands-on exercises?

    Yes. You structure customer requirements with an affinity diagram, classify them with the Kano model, build a full House of Quality from a realistic scenario, calculate column importance and identify design hot spots and conflicts.
