    What is the format of the VeriSM Foundation exam?

    The EXIN VeriSM Foundation exam is closed book with single-answer multiple-choice questions. It is delivered online with EXIN proctoring or at an accredited test location, and lasts 60 minutes.

    How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 40 multiple-choice questions and a duration of 60 minutes (one hour). It is a closed-book examination.

    What is the passing score for the exam?

    You need 65% to pass, which means answering at least 26 of the 40 questions correctly. Our training and practice tests are built to prepare you for that standard.

    What topic areas does the exam cover?

    The exam covers seven topic areas per the EXIN examination specification: the service organisation, service culture, people and organisational structure, the VeriSM model, progressive practices, innovative technologies and getting started.

    What if I do not pass on the first attempt?

    You can re-sit the EXIN exam. Our training includes practice questions and mock tests to prepare you thoroughly. Re-sit fees and policy are set by EXIN, so contact us and we will guide you through the process.

    No. The course is beginner-friendly and needs no prior service management knowledge. It is designed for both IT and business professionals, with hands-on examples and practice to support your learning.

    What learning materials are provided?

    You receive EXIN-aligned courseware, practice questions, mock exams and topic-wise resources mapped to the seven examination specification topic areas, so your revision stays focused on what the exam tests.

    How is the training delivered and how long is it?

    VeriSM Foundation is typically delivered over 16 hours, as two full days or four half-days, in live online or classroom formats, with interactive, trainer-led sessions.

    Is the courseware aligned with the current VeriSM standard?

    Yes. The courseware aligns with the current EXIN VeriSM Foundation Examination Specification and the VeriSM framework developed by the IFDC, so you study the up-to-date model and practices.
