IT Governance Assessment Challenges Shaping Demand in Libya

    Payment Systems Under Scrutiny

The Central Bank of Libya is scaling POS and e-wallet services fast, and reliable, well-controlled payment processes now demand formal, evidence-based governance assessment.

COBIT 5 Assessor builds capability assessment skills

    AML and Compliance Pressure

Banks face rising AML and CFT expectations and international-standard scrutiny, so leaders need assessors who can rate control maturity against a defensible model.

COBIT 5 Assessor builds evidence and rating skills

    Fragmented Banking Interoperability

Network instability and limited interoperability between banks expose weak governance processes that structured PAM-based assessment is designed to surface and prioritise.

COBIT 5 Assessor builds process-gap analysis skills

    Scarce Certified Assessors

Libya has a growing IT workforce but few professionals qualified to run ISO/IEC 15504-aligned assessments, making the Assessor credential rare and highly valued.

COBIT 5 Assessor makes certified talent stand out

    Public-Sector Accountability

The Audit Bureau and ministries increasingly need objective, repeatable governance assessment to demonstrate accountability and target improvement across public IT estates.

COBIT 5 Assessor builds structured reporting skills

    Energy Sector IT Modernisation

Modernisation across oil and gas operators brings OT and IT convergence, where capability assessment provides the assurance boards expect over critical infrastructure.
